Delay during registering documents

There are no longer any delays. All documents that were stuck on the ‘Registering’ status have been processed.

We are currently experiencing delays in the registering process. Documents remain at the ‘Registering’ status in the backlog until they are sent to the accounting system. We are investigating the cause of the issue.
